DESIGNATION	POLYBRON 705 Resistant to UV One-Component FINISHING ALIPHATIC Paint, hardening with air humidity
APPLICATION	Indoor and outdoor finishing top coat, high resistance to UV .
LOCALIZATION	For outside structures, the aliphatic resin offers an outstanding resistance to ageing process due to sun light and weathering. Protection of underlayers primers on Iron metallic structures exposed to bad weather and chemical attacks which lead to rust development. Ferrous and concrete substrates, in marine and industrial environments. - Marine, chlorinated, and oxidising environment - Crude oil and processed products storage tanks - Protection of sub water structures - Metallic works, oil platform bracings, tanks, constructive works, chemical industry.

PROPERTIES	The finishing coat POLYBRON 705 is especially designed for applications requiring a perfect tint stability and an outstanding resistance to chalking. The stability and chemical inertia of the aliphatic polyurethane binder make of this finishing paint a product perfectly adapted to severe constraints such as marine environment, chlorinated and polluted environments ... The POLYBRON 705 paint is also very well adapted to the refinery, industrial and port areas.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION	The substrates have to be perfectly clean, dry and free from grease. They should not be humid. The concrete substrates should preferably be sandblasted. In any case, they must be free from cement milk. Do not apply if hygrometry is >85%. Minimum temperature for application : 5°C. The surface temperature must always be 3°C over the dew point temperature, according to the parameters here above. Maximum time for new coat application : 8 to 24 hours.
APPLICATION	- Manual application : with roll or brush - Spray painting : maximum thinning with 10% to 20% of a polyurethane thinner. Do not apply if hygrometry is >85%. Minimum temperature for application : 5°C. The surface temperature must always be 3°C over dew point temperature, according to temperature and humidity parameters. Allow to dry 8 to 48 hours before covering with an optional additional layer of POLYBRON 705. Maximum interval time with complementary of finishing coat : 24 hours.
EFFICIENCY	Average consumption : 300 g/m² for a film of 150 microns Drying @ 20°C and Relative Humidity 65% Dust free : 2 hours Dry : 12 hours Interval time for additional coat : 2 hours
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE	- This product contains harmful and flammable isocyanates. - Flammable product, do not smoke, do not use near any fire source. - Keep away from children - Keep away from food products - Irritating product for skin and eyes :If any contact with skin, quickly rinse with water and soap or detergent ; If any contact with eyes, rinse with running fresh water
TECHNICAL DATA	Binder : Solvented Aliphatic polyurethane resin Colour : available standard colours Aspect : satin Density : about 1.4 Theoretical dry extract : 60% Very good adhesion on concrete structures Flash Point : >23°C Non soluble in water. Reacts with water, alcohol, amines and produces a gas release. The POLYBRON 705 contains non toxic solvents which fully respect the environment.
SHELF LIFE	Shelter the closed packs in a dry, temperate and ventilated place. Avoid frost and temperatures > 30°C. Maximum shelf life : 6 months.
