DESIGNATION	POLYBRON 702 A - Adhesion Primer for ferrous and non ferrous substrates (aluminium, galvanized steel)
APPLICATION	Indoor and outdoor ferrous structures.
LOCALIZATION	Ferrous substrates, in country, city , marine and industrial environments.
SUBSTRATES	Iron, ferrous or non ferrous previously treated substrates. Old coatings : Make sure of the old protection adhesion, and its compatibility with the primer.
PROPERTIES	One-component polyurethane resin with very low viscosity, allowing to get a printing coat which reinforces the adhesion of polyurethane paints. High wetting power. Improves resistance to corrosion of ferrous substrates by anti-oxygen barrier effect. Anti flash-rust Specific anti-oxidising additives
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION	The substrates have to be perfectly clean, free from grease and dust. Sand blast or grid to degree DS 2 or DS 2,5.
APPLICATION	Brush or roll Airless spray without dilution Do not apply in case hygrometry is > 85%. - Minimum Temperature for application : 5°C. - Surface Temperature must be 3°C over dew point, based on parameters here above.
EFFICIENCY	Average consumption : 100 to 150 g/m² to get an almost colourless film of 30 microns. Drying @ 20° and 65% Relative Humidity Dust free : 2 hours Allow to dry 6 to 24 hours before applying additional coat Cover time : 6 hours
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE	Do not smoke Flammable product Keep away from children Keep away from food products Irritating product for skin and eyes :If any contact with skin, quickly rinse with water and soap or detergent ; If any contact with eyes, rinse with running fresh water
TECHNICAL DATA	Colour : Brown Density : about 0.8 Dry extract : 40% Non soluble in water Reacts with water, alcohol and amines to produce gas release
SHELF LIFE	Shelter the closed packs in a dry, temperate and ventilated place. Avoid frost and temperatures > 30°C. Maximum shelf life : 6 months.
